We ship free to all 50 US states. No minimum order value.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships.

Delivery time

5 to 8 business days after processing. Most orders arrive sooner.

Where we ship from

Your order ships from our fulfillment partner's warehouse inside the United States, not from overseas.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking has not updated in 5 business days, email support@glowzap.store and we will look into it for you.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order has not arrived 15 business days after it shipped, contact us. We will send a replacement or refund you in full.
