30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or a refund.
How to start a return
Email glowzaptm@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about the issue. We reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
Conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return
Damaged or wrong item
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship a replacement free of charge or refund you in full. You do not need to return the item.
Cancellations and changes
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will change or cancel it at no cost. After that your order may already be in fulfillment.
