<p>Email support@glowzap.store with your order number and a short note about the issue. We reply within 24 hours with return instructions.</p>

<li>Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect</li>

<li>Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return</li>

<p><strong>Damaged or wrong item</strong></p>

<p>Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship a replacement free of charge or refund you in full. You do not need to return the item.</p>

<p><strong>Cancellations and changes</strong></p>

<p>Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will change or cancel it at no cost. After that your order may already be in fulfillment.</p>
